SALES OF ELMYR’S ART

It's my pleasure to offer original art work by Elmyr on this website. This is the only website dedicated to selling his art. Each piece comes with a certificate of authenticity provided by me. Some are in the manner of those artists be famously emulated and formed the base of his reputation as the world’s greatest art forger. Some are in his own style. However, every item selected for sale reflects the talent he brought to his art.

I will also offer on occasion artwork that I have selected for its superior craftsmanship, exceptional value, uniqueness, or historical merit. I welcome questions regarding any artwork that interests you.

This portrait in the style of Picasso would date from the 1930s were it an original Picasso. Its market value would be in the hundreds of thousands of dollars. When Picasso was reputedly shown a drawing for authentication purported to be by him, he asked the dealer “How much did you pay? He replied “a hundred thousand dollars.” Picasso allegedly responded “Well, if you paid that much, it must be by me.” Now, you can have one also...for much less. (Pencil drawing on paper)
